Job Description

Key Responsibility

  • Administer workplace health services and support Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programs.
  • Provide first aid and nursing care to employees.
  • Assist in medical exams and refer cases for further evaluation when necessary.
  • Promote employee health and workplace safety improvements.
  • Maintain health records and submit required DOLE reports.
  • Organize health, wellness, and awareness activities.
  • Distribute health information materials.
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be a Registered Nurse with Occupational Safety and Health certification (e.g., OHNAP-trained or equivalent).
  • At least two (2) years of experience as an Occupational Health Nurse.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
