Occupational Health Nurse

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Health Nurse, based in Bacoor. The role involves ensuring workplace health and safety by managing health programs, performing health assessments, and providing medical care to employees as needed. Responsibilities include maintaining health records, supporting compliance with occupational health standards, and delivering relevant health and safety training to staff. The Occupational Health Nurse will collaborate with management to create a safe work environment and respond effectively to health-related concerns.

• Proficiency in Occupational Health Nursing, with a strong understanding of occupational health standards and practices
• Experience in general Nursing and familiarity with basic healthcare practices and protocols
• Knowledge and skills in Occupational Health and Workplace Safety
• Proven ability to develop and deliver effective employee health and safety Training
• Relevant medical knowledge and first-aid proficiency
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse is required
• Experience in workplace health and safety initiatives is an advantage
