Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Provide technical assistance and gather requirements for system enhancements.
  • Offer technical and operational support for the ERP system integrated with the SAP IT system.
  • Perform system version releases, including updates, enhancements, bug fixes, and new feature deployments.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base documentation to guide users in system usage, troubleshooting, and maximizing functionality.
  • Conduct systematic root cause analysis and identify corrective actions with proper documentation of results.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and functional testing to ensure quality and performance before deployment.
  • Currently handling the Finance Module, with occasional support for the SCM and Contract Modules.
  • Manage IT service requests, troubleshooting, user support, and system configuration to ensure seamless operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Familiarity in Linux/Unix
  • With experience with MySQL, SQL syntax and operation and maintenance script programming.
  • Capable of basic application troubleshooting and analysis.
  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
