Provide technical assistance and gather requirements for system enhancements.
Offer technical and operational support for the ERP system integrated with the SAP IT system.
Perform system version releases, including updates, enhancements, bug fixes, and new feature deployments.
Create and maintain knowledge base documentation to guide users in system usage, troubleshooting, and maximizing functionality.
Conduct systematic root cause analysis and identify corrective actions with proper documentation of results.
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and functional testing to ensure quality and performance before deployment.
Currently handling the Finance Module, with occasional support for the SCM and Contract Modules.
Manage IT service requests, troubleshooting, user support, and system configuration to ensure seamless operations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Familiarity in Linux/Unix
With experience with MySQL, SQL syntax and operation and maintenance script programming.
Capable of basic application troubleshooting and analysis.
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
