  • Assess clients nutritional needs and develop tailored meal plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
  • Conduct workshops and seminars to educate the community on nutrition and wellness.
  • Monitor clients progress and modify care plans as needed.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Nutrition, Dietetics or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in nutrition coaching or a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English language; experience in managed care and community-based settings.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Strong ability to provide direct patient care and support member services in a BPO healthcare environment.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others achieve their health goals.
