NutriStore Project Manager

We are looking for a NutriStore Project Manager (VISMIN) to lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and rollout of NutriStore branches and roving electronic vehicle operations.

This role is responsible for ensuring the successful launch and operational readiness of each NutriStore branch—from site validation, construction, and compliance, to merchandising, inventory setup, and store turnover. The Project Manager will also oversee multi-branch rollouts, manage budgets and timelines, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and support sales performance and stabilization during the initial operations phase.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field
  
• With at least 2–3 years of experience in retail, marketing, store operations, or project management
  
• Strong background in project planning, execution, and multi-site coordination
  
• Knowledgeable in merchandising, sales strategies, and store operations
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and POS/inventory systems
  
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  
• Able to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams
  
• Willing to travel and be assigned anywhere in VISMIN
