Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Technician to join a reputed healthcare organization in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have a GNM qualification, a minimum of 5 years of hospital experience, and must have completed Saudi Dataflow and Prometric. Candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Monitor and record patients vital signs, medical history, and clinical progress.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist doctors during examinations, medical procedures, and emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Follow infection prevention, sterilization, and patient safety protocols.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-care instructions.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Ensure compliance with hospital standards, healthcare regulations, and ethical nursing practices.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and medical emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of hospital experience.
- Saudi Dataflow is mandatory.
- Saudi Prometric is mandatory.
- Candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
