The organization focuses on regular health screening programs designed to detect cancers and lifestyle-related diseases early, supporting timely intervention and improved outcomes. NURA's approach emphasizes preventive care for individuals who may feel healthy and have no symptoms, helping identify risks before they become serious. With centers located in Bengaluru, Gurugram, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Calicut, and Chennai, NURA is expanding accessible, technology-supported screening services across key urban locations.
Role Description The Nurse will provide patient-centered care within NURA's screening environment, ensuring safe and efficient clinical procedures throughout the visit. Responsibilities include preparing patients for AI-enabled imaging and diagnostic tests, performing basic nursing assessments, monitoring vital signs, and assisting physicians and other healthcare professionals during examinations. The Nurse will educate patients about screening processes, results communication protocols, and follow-up recommendations, while maintaining accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards. Additional duties include supporting infection control practices, managing clinical supplies, and contributing to continuous improvement in patient experience and workflow. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Manila.
Qualifications

• Valid nursing license and completion of an accredited nursing program; clinical experience in primary care, diagnostic centers, or hospital settings is preferred.
• Strong patient care and assessment skills, including taking vital signs, documenting history, and recognizing early signs of clinical concern.
• Ability to assist with diagnostic and screening procedures, follow clinical protocols, and collaborate effectively with physicians and allied health professionals.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and reassure patients from diverse backgrounds about screening and preventive care.
• Competence in basic computer use and electronic health record systems; openness to working with AI-enabled imaging and digital tools.
• Commitment to infection prevention, safety standards, confidentiality, and ethical healthcare practices.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple patients and tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Willingness to work full time on-site in Manila, with flexibility for rotating schedules as needed; prior experience in preventive or community health is an advantage.
