The Opportunity

This is more than traditional nursing. As a Nurse – Aesthetics Center at The Medical City Iloilo, you will play an essential role in delivering safe, personalized, and high-quality care to clients seeking aesthetic and wellness services.

You will work in a professional and client-focused environment where clinical knowledge, attention to detail, excellent communication, and a commitment to patient safety are essential. From client assessment and treatment preparation to procedure assistance and post-treatment care, you will help ensure that every client receives a safe, comfortable, and positive experience.

This opportunity is for a nurse who is confident in providing patient-centered care, comfortable assisting with aesthetic procedures, and able to maintain high standards of safety and professionalism in a fast-paced aesthetic setting.

What You'll Actually Do

• Provide nursing care: Assess clients, obtain relevant health information, monitor vital signs, and provide appropriate nursing care before, during, and after aesthetic procedures.
• Prepare clients for treatments: Explain procedures, provide pre-treatment instructions, ensure proper preparation, and address client concerns or questions.
• Assist with aesthetic procedures: Support physicians and aesthetic practitioners during treatments and procedures while ensuring adherence to established clinical protocols.
• Ensure patient safety: Observe clients closely during procedures, recognize potential adverse reactions or complications, and promptly escalate concerns to the appropriate physician or healthcare provider.
• Provide post-treatment care: Give appropriate aftercare instructions, monitor clients for immediate reactions, and reinforce prescribed post-treatment guidelines.
• Maintain infection control: Follow proper sterilization, infection prevention, medication safety, and clinical protocols at all times.
• Maintain accurate documentation: Ensure timely and accurate documentation of assessments, procedures, treatments, medications, and client outcomes.
• Deliver exceptional client experience: Build rapport with clients, communicate professionally, maintain confidentiality, and provide compassionate and personalized care.
• Coordinate with the healthcare team: Work closely with physicians, aesthetic practitioners, nurses, and other members of the team to ensure safe and efficient delivery of services.
• Maintain treatment readiness: Assist in preparing treatment rooms, equipment, supplies, and other materials needed for daily aesthetic procedures.

Who You Are

• A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• A Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
• With relevant nursing experience in an aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetic, outpatient, or clinical setting is an advantage.
• Experience assisting with aesthetic procedures, treatments, or patient/client care is preferred.
• Knowledge of infection prevention and control, patient assessment, basic life support, and emergency response is an advantage.
• Possesses a pleasant, warm, and approachable personality, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Well-groomed, polished, and professional in appearance, with a confident and presentable demeanor appropriate for a premium aesthetics and wellness setting.
• Demonstrates professionalism, confidence, discretion, and attention to detail when interacting with clients.
• Able to provide compassionate, personalized, and client-centered care.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Strong sense of patient safety, service excellence, and teamwork.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays, as required.
