About the role:
- The role is the Engineer of the NPI Section for Portfolio and Transfer projects of the R&D Department.
What you will do:
- Ensure adherence of projects to BCAMX (Nexperia Business Creation and Management), QCM (Quality Change Management), and ATCB Change Control Board requirements.
- Act as the liaison between Nexperia's Business Group (BG) in Manchester or Hamburg and the Nexperia Cabuyao Plant (ATCB) Change Review Board, Management Team, Quality Assurance, and Operations.
- Be responsible for completing, or ensuring the completeness of, all required deliverables at each BCAMX gate, including but not limited to: RACI, DFM, Release Checklist, CNP, MRAT, Qualification Report, and Safe Launch documentation.
- Deploy approved process and product changes in the production line.
- Collaborate with the Manufacturing team to apply MVA/DVA in NPI projects to support DFPC (Package Cost) improvement, yield improvement, and cost savings.
What you will need:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering
- Basic knowledge of Project Management fundamentals
- Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office, SAS JMP, or Minitab, and knowledgeable in SPC, DOE, FMEA, and DFM
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver results through determination and teamwork
