Job Overview
We are seeking highly motivated and performance-driven individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for the ALM LBR Account. This role requires professionals who can consistently deliver exceptional customer service while meeting operational and performance objectives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency
Provide timely resolution and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
Meet key performance indicators including productivity, attendance, quality assurance, and service level targets
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and procedures
Demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills in handling customer interactions
Collaborate effectively with team members and support operational goals
Qualifications
College Graduate
With at least 2 years of relevant experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service and analytical abilities
Ability to work in a dynamic and shifting schedule environment
Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa
