Qualifications
Education: Senior High School (SHS) Graduate.
Experience: At least 1 year of BPO Experience (Travel/Airline account experience is a huge plus!).
Skills: * Good to Excellent English communication skills.
Basic computer literacy and navigation skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
Flexibility: Must be willing to work in a Shifting Schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
Key Responsibilities
Assist international customers with flight bookings, hotel reservations, and travel itineraries.
Handle inquiries regarding cancellations, refunds, and rebookings.
Provide Accurate Information About Travel Requirements And Destination Guidelines.
Maintain high-quality service standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
