Job Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven Customer Service Representative to support an Insurance Account. This role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service while meeting key performance metrics such as productivity, accuracy, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to insurance policies, coverage, and claims
Provide accurate information and efficient resolution of customer concerns
Maintain excellent service quality while meeting daily and monthly performance targets
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with insurance processes and guidelines
Deliver consistent customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals and service standards
Qualifications
At least 2nd Year College Undergraduate
With at least 1 year of work experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused and performance-oriented mindset
Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa
Willing to work on a fixed day shift schedule
