What will you do

As a Hotel Booking Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with hotel booking-related inquiries and provide professional customer service.

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns related to hotel bookings.
• Provide accurate information about available booking services.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Use computer systems to support customer service tasks.
• Help address customer concerns and maintain a positive customer experience.
