Job Description

We are hiring Non-Voice Agents to assist customers through chat and email. This is a non-voice position.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through chat and email
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and accounts
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Document customer interactions
• Escalate complex concerns when needed
• Meet quality and performance standards

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• High School, Senior High School, or College graduates
• Good written English communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Customer-focused and willing to learn
• Able to multitask and pay attention to details
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
• Amenable to shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
