Job Description
We are seeking Non Voice Customer Service Representatives to assist customers through chat platforms by handling inquiries, billing concerns, and account-related requests while ensuring accurate information and efficient support at all times.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat support channels
- Assist with billing concerns, sales inquiries, and account updates
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions
- Document all customer interactions properly
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed
- Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
Schedule & Training
- Shifting schedules, including nights and weekends
- Paid training on chat support tools and processes
Requirements
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / ALS Graduate / Senior High School Graduate
- Open to fresh grads, experience is an advantage
- Strong written English communication skills
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented
- Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
- Willing to work onsite in Davao City
