Job Description
We are hiring Non-Voice Customer Service Representatives to provide assistance via chat, email, and messaging platforms without phone interaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat or email
- Provide accurate information on products, services, or accounts
- Resolve issues efficiently
- Log all interactions in the system
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors
- Maintain service quality and client satisfaction metrics
Schedule & Training
- Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Paid training on non-voice tools and procedures
Requirements
- At least High School or Senior High School graduate
- Strong written English communication
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
- Basic computer skills and multitasking
- Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
