Responsible for assessing Bosch Car Service Outlet personnel overall skills, developing training programs & modules and monitoring of all BCS Outlets complies with the required training, implement & conducts training and prepares examination to validate results. Conduct re-assessment and survey, provide training systems and equipment. Making improvements to
training programs. Distribute non-technical service bulletins with the related training courses and schedule.

Qualifications:
Education: College graduate or relevant
Relevant Experience: At least 3 years experience in a Technical Trainer role and or Automotive TrainerLicenses / Certifications
Business Understanding: Knowledge of automotive servicing and of the automotive industry
Leadership / Behavioral Skills: Interpersonal skills, Passion for excellence, Communication SkillsFunctional Competencies
