About the Role
The Data Analyst (Non-Clinical) supports Pointwest's Healthcare and Retail Strategic Business Unit by encoding, organizing, validating, analyzing and configuring (if needed) operational and client data in accordance with defined standards and requirements. The role ensures high-quality data processing, timely issue resolution, and insightful reporting to support business decisions.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
The role will be accountable for the following key result areas:
- Data accuracy and completeness rates
- SLA and turnaround time compliance
- Customer and stakeholder satisfaction feedback
- Reduction in data-related errors and rework
- Compliance with SOPs, ISMS, CMMI, and client protocols
Key Responsibilities
- Encode, organize, and validate data from customer-submitted forms & internal documents, into databases, spreadsheets, or automated systems in compliance with client standards.
- Coordinate, validate, and complete benefit enrollment requests accurately and within agreed service levels.
- Analyze submitted data to identify, resolve, and prevent errors prior to downstream processing.
- Research and supply required documentation to fulfill program-specific data requirements.
- Manage the department mailbox by acknowledging requests, assigning tasks appropriately, and ensuring timely responses. (specific to Admin Role)
- Apply best practices in data analysis and healthcare operations to support continuous business improvement initiatives.
- Provide daily quality control support to ensure all requests and addenda are processed correctly and consistently.
- Complete all required processing functions to ensure timely and accurate delivery of assigned tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Data Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of work-related experience in data analysis, data processing, or business analytics, preferably in a healthcare or services environment (level may vary depending on role seniority).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office or Open Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and collaboration tools.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to client-specific systems, tools, and software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.

- Willingness to be assigned to Quezon City and/or Makati City as business needs require
- Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- PBM Domain Knowledge
- SQL Basic understanding or exposure

- Technical: (Basic to Intermediate Level)
- Productivity Software Proficiency: Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote) and Google Workspace.
- Collaboration & Communication Tools: Proficiency in virtual team tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack, SharePoint, and Google Meet.
- Data Manipulation & Analysis: Specifically in Excel, this includes Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data validation, and formulas.
