Role Description

The Non-Clinical Support Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in the Research and Biotechnology Department at St. Luke's Medical Center in Global City. This role supports daily operations by facilitating patient flow, safely transporting patients and materials, and executing manual handling tasks in accordance with established protocols. In addition to maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe environment across clinical and patient areas, the associate provides prompt non-clinical assistance to healthcare teams. Excellent customer service is essential, as the position involves interacting with patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous manner while escalating operational or medical concerns to appropriate personnel. Furthermore, the role encompasses basic administrative support, including documentation, record management, and interdepartmental coordination to ensure seamless service delivery. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing graduate (preferred underboard)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
• Manages, maintains and adheres with strict confidentiality of all records / documents

and patients information.

• Strong grasp of basic health and safety principles with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a reliable track record of completing assigned tasks on time.
• Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare support role is an advantage, but not required.
