Position Title: NOC Engineer (OSS Focus) / AUTIN Engineer
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced NOC Engineer with strong expertise in Operations Support Systems (OSS) to support network monitoring, fault management, and OSS platform customization. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with NOC platforms, Network Management Systems (NMS), and customer-facing technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage network performance using OSS and NOC platforms.
- Perform alarm monitoring and fault management to ensure network availability.
- Configure, customize, and maintain OSS platforms based on customer requirements.
- Manage OSS Northbound and Southbound integrations.
- Support access management and network monitoring activities.
- Troubleshoot network issues and coordinate incident resolution.
- Work closely with customers to gather technical requirements and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve network operations.
- Generate reports and analyze network performance using SQL.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience working with NOC Platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Operations Support Systems (OSS).
- Experience with Network Management Systems (NMS).
Familiarity with:
- OSS Northbound Interfaces
- OSS Southbound Interfaces
- Fault Management

- Experience in OSS customization based on customer requirements.
- Customer-facing experience with excellent communication skills.
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying and reporting.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Willing to work in BGC or Makati
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting telecom or enterprise network environments.
- Familiarity with multiple OSS/NMS vendors.
- Experience in 24x7 Network Operations Center (NOC) environments.
