Role Description The NOC Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Clark, Pampanga responsible for monitoring and maintaining network systems and infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing network performance, responding to alerts, performing incident analysis, and coordinating timely resolution of outages or service degradations. The role involves providing technical support to internal teams and clients, documenting issues and resolutions, and escalating complex problems when necessary. The NOC Engineer will also assist with routine maintenance, configuration changes, and implementation of best practices to improve reliability and security. Collaboration with other engineering and support teams, adherence to operational procedures, and participation in shift-based coverage may be required.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Network Operations Center (NOC) monitoring and incident handling.
Candidates should possess skills in Network Administration, including configuration, performance monitoring, and basic routing/switching.
Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for network-related issues.
Candidates should possess skills in Network Security, including awareness of security best practices and threat mitigation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accurate documentation.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a structured, on-site environment.
Willingness to work in shifts or extended hours as needed to support 24/7 operations.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA) and experience in a NOC or similar environment are beneficial.
