What Success Looks Like In This Role
In your first 3060 days, you will:
- Confidently handle customer interactions related to travel and hospitality concerns with accuracy and professionalism
- Navigate systems efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail
- Demonstrate strong listening and communication skills to assist customers effectively
- Consistently meet quality and productivity benchmarks set by the team
By 90 Days, You Will
- Independently manage customer concerns with minimal supervision
- Maintain strong performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, QA scores)
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate support to customers regarding travel bookings, reservations, and hospitality-related concerns
- Assist customers with itinerary changes, cancellations, and general travel inquiries
- Use available tools and resources to investigate and resolve customer concerns effectively
- Communicate clearly and professionally across all customer touchpoints
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and problem resolution
What Were Looking For
- No call center experience required
- High School / Senior High School graduate
- B2 English communication level
- Willing to work onsite in Alabang
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Strong communication and customer service skills
