Job Description
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Telco Account in Quezon City. Assist customers with mobile, internet, broadband, billing, account updates, plan changes, service interruptions, and basic technical concerns while providing accurate and professional support.

Qualifications
- High School or Senior High School graduate
- College level or graduates are welcome
- No BPO or call center experience required
- Fresh graduates and first-time BPO applicants welcome
- Good English communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries for the Telco Account
- Assist with billing, account, and service concerns
- Provide information on mobile, internet, and broadband plans
- Troubleshoot basic connectivity issues
- Assist with plan changes and service requests
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Document customer interactions
- Meet quality and customer satisfaction targets
Training & Work Setup
- Onsite: West Avenue, Quezon City
- Shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Paid Telco Account training provided
