New Product Development Head

We are in search for a New Product Research and Development Executive to be based in our headquarters in Manila, Philippines.

This role is key in managing the following:

• Strategize and develop menu reviews and improvements focusing on new food ideas, concepts, and variants.
• Lead and drive menu and product innovation through culinary and food science, which includes full understanding of end-to-end food product commercialization.
• Deep experience in leading new product development, enhance raw material sourcing until manufacturing and store testing and launch. processes of new products, and development of Store Operating Procedures consistent with business strategies and goals. This includes areas in new product variants and alternatives, but not limited to cost efficiency initiatives, product and process improvements, with the ultimate goal of ensuring highly acceptable new products and value leadership.
