About the role

We are growing our Manila sales team and looking for a driven New Logo Acquisition Manager to spearhead new client growth. This is a pure hunter role — you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing net-new business across your assigned territory. If you thrive on building pipelines from scratch, winning competitive deals, and owning your number, this role is for you.

What you'll do

•      Own and drive the full new business sales cycle — from prospecting to close — for net-new accounts

•      Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, events, and referrals

•      Identify key decision-makers and C-suite stakeholders and develop multi-threaded relationships within target accounts

•      Craft compelling value propositions and tailored proposals that address the specific needs of each prospect

•      Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly new logo acquisition targets

•      Collaborate with marketing, presales, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless handover post-close

•      Maintain accurate CRM records of all sales activities, pipeline stages, and forecasting

•      Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities in the Manila and broader PH market

What we're looking for

•      3–10 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing new business (not account management)

•      Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed quota in a hunter or new logo role

•      Strong consultative selling skills — you ask the right questions and listen before pitching

•      Experience selling complex solutions with multi-stakeholder buying cycles (3–12 months)

•      Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Filipino is a plus

•      Self-starter mindset — you don't wait for leads to come to you

•      Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

•      Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
