Job Description

Manage the full sales cycle for new elevator and escalator units for construction projects.
Collaborate with developers, consultants, and contractors to understand project requirements.
Provide technical proposals and cost-effective solutions based on building plans.
Ensure timely coordination with engineering and operations teams for successful installations.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years experience in business development or technical sales within the construction industry
Engineering graduates are preferred, particularly those with a background in Mechanical Engineering
Residency near assigned area of coverage is preferred for ease of mobility and fieldwork
Experience in HVAC or elevator systems is a strong advantage
