As General Services Operations Management Specialist, you will oversee the tactical operations of Security on the ground and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with General Services Operations Management team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Project Development & Execution – Lead BESS and new technology projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with timelines, budget, quality, and regulations.
- Technology & Strategy – Evaluate BESS/new technologies and support the development of technology strategies and roadmaps.
- Business Case & Engineering – Develop technical concepts, project plans, business cases, cost and risk assessments, and engineering standards.
- Stakeholder Management – Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, clients, regulators, government, and partners to resolve issues and optimize projects.
- Industry & Management Reporting – Monitor industry trends and provide management with technical insights, recommendations, and project updates.
What You Will Need:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Chemical.
- Experience: 8+ years in Oil & Gas or Power, with 3+ years in carbon capture/CCU projects and 3+ years in leadership.
- Certification: Project Management certification preferred.
- Technical Expertise: BESS technology, carbon capture processes/equipment, engineering standards, and project management.
- Competencies: Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of global BESS policies and regulatory frameworks.
