New Client Intake Supervisor |Anti-Terrorist Financing/KYC

Specific Position: Intake Supervisor

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree
• Willing to work onsite in Taguig: HYBRID - at least 8 -10 days a month working onsite, 3-4 of which are set days while the rest are flexible (possible for more than 8 days onsite next year: 2027)
• DAYSHIFT schedule: Shift starts between 7-9 am, rare occasions for workday OT; holiday OT done on rotation basis for most local holidays;
• at least 5 years of overall relevant experience with at least 1-2 years of Proven supervisory or people management experience
• Expertise in performing detailed analysis in a financial or law-related institution
• Experience working in a professional services environment with a focus on client onboarding, conflict analysis, compliance, Risk, or AML/KYC
• Knowledge of U.S. Anti-Terrorist Financing / AML / KYC and OFAC
• Operations management experience
• Customer service/client focus experience
• Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proven ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, prioritize workloads, and work to tight deadlines
• Highly self-motivated and proactive approach
• Can start ASAP
