About Our Client


Our client is an innovative manufacturer supplying advanced materials and solutions. They are now expanding into in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) and are looking for a commercial leader to drive their diagnostics portfolio across hospitals, clinics, distributors, and government channels.

Job Description

  • Spearhead the growth of a new diagnostics business, with a strong focus on IVD products, especially immunoassays, POCT, and diagnostic reagents.
  • Develop and execute a national sales strategy to penetrate hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, distributors, and government accounts.
  • Open new doors and build business from scratch, identifying key decision-makers and crafting tailored commercial approaches.
  • Drive adoption of fluorescence immunoassay and POCT solutions where applicable, positioning the portfolio with relevant device companies and partners.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, technical/commercial discussions, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Navigate and support government bidding and tender processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain a strong network across the diagnostics ecosystem to generate leads, market intelligence, and long-term partnerships.
  • Work closely with the CEO to shape go-to-market plans, pricing, and product-launch strategies.
  • Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights to guide product development and portfolio positioning.

The Successful Applicant


Must-have

  • Solid experience in medical diagnostics sales in the Philippines.
  • Strong background in IVD / immunoassays, with a clear understanding of the diagnostics market.
  • Established network within hospitals, clinics, distributors, and government channels.
  • Proven ability and comfort in building new business from the ground up.
  • College graduate, with strong communication and relationship-management skills.

Nice To Have


  • Experience in POCT (Point-of-Care Testing).
  • Proven experience launching new diagnostic products in the market.

What's on Offer


Work Setup

  • Location: Onsite, Alabang office
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday
  • Scope: National coverage with domestic travel
  • Reporting line: Individual contributor role, reporting directly to the CEO.

Compensation & Benefits


  • Base salary: ranging from PHP 40,000-100,000 monthly, depending on seniority and calibre.
  • Benefits: Service Incentive Leaves, De Minimis Allowance, HMO Coverage
