JOB PROFILE / REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Business or Communications-related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

  • Willingness to undergo training to develop skills and knowledge further

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Account Opening and Maintenance:

  • Facilitate the opening of new accounts, including savings, checking, and time deposit accounts, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Verify client identity and compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations.
  • Assist customers in understanding account features, products, and services, providing recommendations based on their needs.
  • Monitor and maintain customer records in the system and coordinate with customers for regular updating of account records, as needed.
  • Monitor customer account activity and send dormancy notices, when appropriate.
  • Coordinate with other branch personnel for account-related requests, such as passbook and statement of account issuance.
  • Prepare and submit reports related to account opening and maintenance as required by internal procedures or regulatory bodies.
  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns regarding their deposit accounts in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and uphold the bank's service standards at all times.
