Network & Telephony Engineer (Genesys) - Makati - Onsite

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Network & Telephony Engineer specializing in Genesys, located in Taguig with some remote work flexibility. The responsibilities include managing, maintaining, and supporting telephony systems, IVR platforms, and VoIP technologies. The engineer will be tasked with troubleshooting issues, performing technical support, and ensuring the performance and reliability of communication systems to meet organizational needs effectively.

• Skills in IVR and Telephony systems management
• Troubleshooting and Technical Support experience
• Proficiency in Voice over IP (VoIP) technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Experience with Genesys technologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
