Responsibilities

• Handle after-sales issues of customers by phone, email, chat, etc., including Wi-Fi/Switch/router and other product issues.
• Support the service needs of system integrators (SI), sub distributors, and resellers (value added resellers - Vads) in collaboration with the global team.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain company brand image.
• Good communication and coordination skills, able to deal with customer comments, customer feedback, and customer complaints.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and local language at a native level.
• Have network knowledge of switching, routing, wireless LAN, DCN, etc., have a deep understanding of a certain field of technology, and can reach or exceed the level of RCNP or HCNP, CCNP, and have CCIE or HCIE or similar certificates as a bonus.
• Have a good learning ability, can quickly complete the network technology knowledge learning.
• 3 years of working experience in the network industry will be a plus (or equivalent ability).
• Comply with the company's temporary shift schedule when needed.

Required Skills
