Your Job

As a Planner, Network Supply Planning, you will play a key role in enabling collaboration and compliance across various supply chain initiatives. You will conduct in-depth data analysis and translate insights into actionable supply plans that support end-to-end supply chain performance, capacity optimization, and long-term business objectives.

Our Team

You will be part of the TIS CMS Global S&OP Supply Planning team, working closely with cross-functional partners across planning, operations, engineering, IT, and finance. The team is responsible for creating aligned, data-driven supply plans that balance demand, capacity, inventory, and profitability across the global network.

External: SCH Import Planning, Customer Service, Demand Planning, Product Manager

What You Will Do

  • Consolidate plant capacity reports and rough-cut capacity planning reports

  • Maintain and update capacity category tracking reports

  • Refine bills of material based on latest system settings

  • Update plant POEE/OEE performance metrics

  • Identify low-utilization and low-profit work centers and collaborate with cross-functional teams on mitigation plans

  • Update component and raw material forecasts

  • Verify long-term forecasts with Demand Planners and Product Managers by product family

  • Support maintenance and updates of material master data

  • Collaborate with Network Supply Planners, Inventory Planners, and IT to develop Power BI reports for supply planning

  • Work with Inventory Planners, MPS, Production Planners, SCH Import Planners, and Demand Planners to create mid- and long-term constrained supply plans using RapidResponse

  • Track KPIs and report on overall supply chain performance

  • Develop dashboards to monitor planning and execution status

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager

  • Scope: End-to-end supply chain planning and performance monitoring

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • University graduate

  • At least 2 years of experience in planning, customer service, or inventory management within the automotive business

  • Strong proficiency in Excel with advanced data handling and analysis skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • Passionate, proactive, and highly organized

  • Solid understanding of supply chain processes

  • Experience in data mining, analysis, and performance reporting

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics

  • Experience in supply chain planning roles

  • Power BI and Excel Macro expertise

  • SAP PP module experience, with MRP and MPS knowledge

  • Hands-on experience using RapidResponse

  • Knowledge of a third language (Spanish preferred)
