JOB DESCRIPTION:

Location: Philippines

Employment Type: Full-Time / Dedicated Support Model

Shift Model: Rotational Shifts (Follow-the-Sun Support)

Overview

We are looking for experienced Network Support Engineers to join a dedicated support team for a global enterprise customer. The role involves providing Incident Management, Change Management, and operational support within a 24x7 follow-the-sun environment.

The selected candidates will work closely with global support teams to ensure network stability, timely incident resolution, and smooth operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage network incidents and service requests
  • Perform troubleshooting for LAN/WAN infrastructure issues
  • Support Change Management activities and scheduled implementations
  • Escalate complex technical issues when required
  • Coordinate with global teams during critical incidents
  • Participate in rotational on-call support and weekend coverage
  • Maintain operational documentation and ticket updates
  • Ensure SLA and response time compliance

  • Cisco Routers & Switching
  • Cisco / Meraki Wireless
  • Palo Alto Firewalls
  • F5 Load Balancers
  • VMware VeloCloud SD-WAN

Required Skills & Experience

L1+ Network Support Engineer

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Network Support
  • Strong understanding of LAN/WAN technologies
  • Experience with incident handling and troubleshooting
  • CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge preferred

L2 Network Engineer

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills across routing, switching, wireless, and security technologies
  • Experience with Palo Alto, F5, and SD-WAN technologies preferred
  • CCNP certification or equivalent experience preferred

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to work rotational shifts
  • Availability for weekend and on-call support
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced global support environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
