We are looking for an outsourced helpdesk type (service center) for one of our large customer.
We need a resource in the US/Or Mexico and APAC. Full team dedicated to this customer.
General Overview:
For an important Italian client that has branch office and location around the world we are building an MS follow the sun model
Three region will be created: EMEA, APAC and America
Detail request:
For every region we need (from you) specific figure that will be responsible for Incident mgt and change management, for sure for their local region but, due to overload,
could be useful also for other regions
, L2 Network Engineers to cover the following:
1. Week days, business hours:
1. 2 shifts, 8 hours each, to cover 14 hours
1. the shifts should cover 1 PM to 3 AM, EMEA time (Please convert time to Philipines local time and discuss with Engineer accordingly as he will be in Philipines and have to follow EMEA time zone)
2. Each team member will have to participate in the following:
1. on-call service for out of office hours during week (so outside the resident hours of week and weekend)
1. 1 shift of 8 hours during weekends (both Saturday and Sunday)
Technologies in scope are distributed equally in all regions:
LAN / WAN Routers: mainly Cisco
WiFi: Meraki / Cisco
Firewall: mainly PaloAlto
LoadBalancers: F5 (on-prem and Cloud)
SD-WAN: VeloCloud
There are also other vendors in the baseline, but they have residual quantities.
5. Skill & Experience:
Experience: more than 3 years
Skill: professional certification or equivalent skill
