The Network Solutions & Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's network infrastructure. This role involves ensuring network stability, security, and performance, as well as coordinating with other departments to meet the company's IT needs.
Network Design and Capacity Planning
- Plan and creating comprehensive network design and layout the align with organization network growth. Implement network upgrades to accommodate growth and changing business needs.
Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting
- Continuously monitor network performance and availability to ensure optimal operation
- Identify and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime
Security Management and Policy Development
- Develop and implement network security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data
- Develop and enforce policies for network usage and security
Reporting
- Provide regular project update, reports on network performance and stability.
Training and Development
- Organize training session and seminar to keep the team updated on the latest network technologies and best practices
Budget Management
- Manage budgets related to projects, network operations, equipment procurement, Telco services and licenses
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of network engineers and providing technical guidance and support
Rapid Technological Changes
- Keeping up with the fast pace of technological advancements in network and ensuring the network infrastructure remains up to date
Cybersecurity Threats
- Protecting the network from increasingly sophisticated cyberattacks and ensuring data security
Network Downtime
- Minimizing network downtime, which can impact business operations and lead to financial losses
Compliance and Regulations
- Ensuring the network complies with various industry standards and regulations

- Meeting the high expectations of stakeholders, end-users for network performance and reliability

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in network operation management
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and Security protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and vendors
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Deep understanding of LAN, WAN, VPN and network security
- Expertise in diagnosing and resolving network issues
