Network Project Manager

Job Summary:

Lead IT infrastructure and technology projects that support business growth and operational excellence. Partner with business stakeholders, global IT teams, and technology vendors to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-quality IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT Projects: Manage end-to-end IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business goals.
• Drive Infrastructure Excellence: Lead network infrastructure improvements and ensure effective IT service management for incidents, problems, and changes.
• Manage Vendors & Budget: Oversee vendors, project budgets, procurement, resources, and implementation schedules to meet project commitments.
• Drive Process Improvement: Strengthen IT processes, manage risks, and promote continuous improvement to support retail operational efficiency.
• Lead Technology Delivery: Provide technical guidance, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure IT solutions are fit for purpose and effectively transitioned to support retail operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 10-12 years of experience in network infrastructure, IT site management, or a similar role.
• At least 2-3 years of managerial or leadership experience.
• Strong project management, vendor management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
