As a AdvancedNetwork Operation Specialist you will be part of the Global Operation Centre that handles the daily operation and support for customer's network infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will be:
Technical Skills:
The network team works closely together with our IT Operations Service divisions in Denmark and Czech Republic, responsible for everything from infrastructure and applications to complete orchestration and support of our customers IT solutions.
Our daily work are based on best practice and high compliance demands, to ensure reliable production and high standards.
We are looking for a service minded Advanced Network Operation Specialist, having the right
supporting attitude and quality mindset, helping us as a super-users to handle our 2nd/3rd level network incident frontline.
Work Schedule
Employees will be expected to adhere to a flexible hybrid work schedule, with a required presence in the office for 2 days per week, allowing for customization of work hours within a specified morning or mid-shift time frame.
