Overview
To support refined budget and fund management, we are seeking a specialist to strengthen the monitoring and control of financial processes related to network operations. This role is responsible for tracking the end-to-end progress of each payment request, proactively coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely processing, and conducting monthly analysis of fund disbursement and outstanding payments. The ideal candidate should have a combined background in network operations and basic finance, with a general understanding of telecom operator network operations functions and key cost drivers. The role requires foundational knowledge of budgeting, accounting, and payment processes, as well as strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentations. This position will also be responsible for producing monthly and annual budget planning, fund utilization reports, and financial control analyses to support effective decision-making and budget governance.
Functions and Responsibilities
- Monitor and control network-related financial processes (budget, funds, payments).
- Track endtoend payment requests and coordinate with stakeholders for timely completion.
- Analyze monthly fund disbursement and outstanding payments.
- Support monthly and annual budget planning and forecasting for network operations.
- Produce financial utilization reports and variance analyses for decisionmaking.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with budgeting and payment process requirements.
Employment Standards
- Education
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Telecommunications, or related fields.
- Work Experience
- Minimum 23 years of experience in network operations, telecom business support, or finance/accounting roles.
- Experience in budget management, fund monitoring, or payment process control is preferred.
- Background Knowledge
- Basic understanding of telecom operator network operations functions and cost drivers.
- Foundational knowledge of budgeting, accounting, and payment processes.
- Other Requirements
- Familiarity with telecom operator workflows and billing/finance processes is a plus.
