Network Operations Center Engineer

What You'll Do

• Monitor & Detect: Keep a close eye on network health metrics and catch anomalies before they impact end-users.
• Troubleshoot & Fix: Own end-to-end incident resolution across Ethernet, routing, switching, and hardware faults.
• Collaborate & Escalate: Work side-by-side with senior engineers to hit SLAs and craft bulletproof SOPs and MOPs.

What We're Looking For

• Degree: Bachelor's in Engineering, IT, or related fields.
• Certifications: CCNA, JNCIA, or equivalent networking certs.

Experience:

• 3 years of experience with Cisco, Juniper, OR similar network devices.
• Skills: Solid grasp of TCP/IP, network monitoring tools, and troubleshooting under pressure.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work 24/7 shift rotations (including nights and weekends) to keep global connections alive.
