Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Network Operations Analyst is responsible for the operational readiness, monitoring, support, and restoration of Albertsons retail and backstage network
environments. The role supports data and voice network infrastructure, partners with field services teams and vendors to restore services, and ensures timely incident
resolution across stores, distribution centers, warehouses, and corporate locations. This position monitors network health, responds to incidents, coordinates escalations, and maintains accurate operational documentation.
JOB FOCUS:
• Monitor multi-platform network operations and production environments to ensure service availability
• Respond to alerts, incidents, and network-related issues within established service levels
• Analyze, troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate incidents and follow through to closure
• Monitor routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and access points using network management tools
• Coordinate with internal technology teams to identify and resolve network issues
• Engage and manage service providers to ensure timely resolution of outages and service disruptions
• Support enterprise projects including network upgrades, store turn-ups, turn-downs, and hardware replacements
• Provide technical support and customer service for network-related incidents and requests
• Maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles, and turnover records
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance network reliability and operational effectiveness
JOB QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-2 years of NOC, Help Desk, or related technical support experience
• Network certifications or training such as CCNA, CMNO, or ECMS preferred
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:
• Broadband, MPLS, CradlePoint, and cloud-managed networking technologies
• LAN/WAN networking protocols and concepts
• Cisco and Meraki network equipment
• Network monitoring and management tools
• Voice and telecom technologies including PBX, BCM, VOIP, and soft-phone solutions
• WiFi and Access Point support
• Meraki Dashboard administration
• UNIX, Linux, and Windows administration
• ISP and vendor engagement
• Palo Alto or similar firewall monitoring platforms
• ITIL concepts and service operations practices
• Event management tools and monitoring solutions

WORK SCHEDULE & SETUP
• Night Shift: 9:30 PM – 8:30 AM
