Network Infra & Voice Operations Engineer (L1)

Role Purpose

• Provide 24x7 monitoring and first-level support across Optical, Ethernet/IP, SD-WAN, Voice, and Colocation services.
• Key Responsibilities
• Monitor alarms and events using NMS tools.
• Acknowledge and triage incidents.
• Execute standard operating procedures.
• Perform first-level diagnosis.
• Create and update tickets.
• Communicate incident updates to customers.
• Coordinate with vendors and field teams.
• Escalate unresolved issues to L2 teams.
• Support shift handoffs and reporting.

Experience
