This is 3 Months Project Based employment or Until July 31, 2026 : It is still a Full time job that you will be having a full-time schedule but as project employee,it is acontractual typeto our client for a minimum of3 Months/ July 31, 2026 .*Your contract will be under our company but you will be deployed to our client.Ourcompany will process your mandatory benefits/salary._*After July 31, 2026, it depends with your project status or to our client if they will renew/extend or end your contract.

Note:Salary will be divided intodaily rate;considered as NO WORK NO PAY but REGULAR Holidays announced by the Ph Government are paid. Example: If you didn't work on Special Holidays - Not Paid NO Work NO Pay but If you didn't work on Regular Holidays - Still Paid. Of course, if you've worked either on Special or Regular Holidays, Daily rate is paid with Holiday pay as well. Benefits while on a project based: HMO & Mandatory Benefits;

Also, since you will be supporting US, NO Work No Pay Applies on US company Holidays. If the client announced that the specific date is US Company Holiday and they mentioned that your team has no operations (not allowed to work on that day), you will not be paid for that day.

IN Short, No Work No pay applies if you have no work on Special Non-working Holidays , US Company holidays, and if you're absent.

Your salary expectation will still undergo approval of the management. Salary on this post is not the actual budget for the role. It depends on your experiences and skills.They may also negotiate you.

POSITION:Network Implementation Engineer

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Amenable to work on aFULLY ONSITEin Taguig (Around BGC)
• Open to workon any shift assigned & shifting schedule: even on a nightshift, early shift schedule, and midshift if assigned depending on the business needs
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Network implementtaion
• Strong knowledge ofCircuits, Ethernet, IDS, MPLS, LAN/WAN protocols (SNA, IP, V/IP)
• Strong knowledge ofCisco Meraki Network Equipment (routers, switches, IOS) and Network Management Tools
• Experienced withtroubleshooting Broadband, Ethernet, Cradlepoint configurations and other telco related issues.
• Knowledge ofVoice PBX, BCM, VOIP
• Ability tocommunicate clear instructions effectively both in written and verbal form.
• Ability toclearly document technical processes and procedures.
• Anticipate clients expectations and proactively resolve issues that impact the business.
• Mentoring, coaching and training lower level computer operators.
• Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to learn beyond formal training with a strong aptitude for delivering quality products.
• Good analytical,risk mitigation, negotiation and vendor relationshipskills. Experience withevent management concepts and tools preferred.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and customer service skills including consensus building and facilitation skills.
• Monitoring health of systems, reviewing and managing necessary changes.
• Drive for results through proactive and predictive measures.
• Knowledge ofITIL practicesand philosophy preferred
