Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Network Firewall Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Palo Alto Firewalls. The ideal candidate should have experience in firewall administration, network security, routing & switching, VPNs, and security monitoring in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Palo Alto NGFW and Panorama.
• Manage firewall policies, NAT, IPsec/SSL VPN, WildFire, and Threat Prevention.
• Troubleshoot network issues related to BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
• Monitor and analyse security events using Splunk, Wireshark, Syslog, Netcool, and SevOne.
• Handle firewall changes, incidents, and documentation using ServiceNow.
• Perform vulnerability assessment, remediation, and firewall optimization.
• Support hybrid cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Cisco firewall technologies (ASA/Firepower).

Required Skills

• 5–7 years of experience with Palo Alto Firewalls.
• Hands-on experience with Panorama, NAT, VPN, WildFire, Threat Prevention.
• Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, routing & switching.
• Experience with Wireshark, Splunk, ServiceNow, Syslog, Netcool, SevOne.
• Knowledge of Cisco ASA and Cisco Firepower.
• Experience with vulnerability management and ITSM processes.

Preferred Certifications

• PCNSE or PCNSA
• CCNA or CCNP Security
