Network Field Engineer

A. Professional Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering

• At least 2 years of experience in telecommunications projects

• Proven technical knowledge and hands-on experience in telecommunications network engineering or a similar field.

B. Qualifications:

• Must possess a Valid Driver's License and be comfortable driving to varied field locations.

C. Technical Skills:

• Preferred (not a must-have): Direct familiarity with Nokia or HT RAN (Radio Access Network) equipment and systems.

D. Core Competencies:

• Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting site status, writing documentation, and escalating issues.

• Team Work and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a larger project team and collaborate seamlessly with other departments (e.g., logistics, rentals, engineering).

• Decision Making and Accountability: Ability to make sound, rapid decisions in the field and take full accountability for the accuracy and quality of work.
