Job DescriptionThis role involves managing our voice network end-to-end—from design and deployment to administration and support.
You will be responsible for:
- Designing and deploying voice infrastructure such as AudioCodes SBCs, OVOC, and Media Gateways
- Administering Cisco CUCM and CME environments, including call routing and endpoint provisioning
- Providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting voice-related issues
- Monitoring system performance to ensure high availability and quality of service
- Documenting configurations, processes, and network changes
- Collaborating with cross-functional IT teams to ensure seamless system integration
Required Skills- Hands-on experience with:
- AudioCodes SBC
- OVOC (One Voice Operations Center)
- Cisco CUCM
Good to Have- Experience with Media Gateways and Cisco CME
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Knowledge of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, etc.)
Qualifications- At least 2 years of relevant experience in voice/network engineering
- Strong understanding of VoIP and unified communications systems
Work Schedule- Shift: Monday to Friday
- Opening Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Closing Shift: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Setup- Hybrid Setup: 2x Return-to-Office (RTO) per week
- RTO Days: Tuesday and Wednesday
- RTO schedule may change depending on business needs
