Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage Cisco ISE.
- Control user and device network access.
- Fix login, authentication, and network issues.
- Monitor system performance and health.
- Perform upgrades, patching, and maintenance.
- Work with Active Directory and network devices.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with vendors and IT teams.
- Maintain reports and documentation.
Qualifications
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of networking experience.
- Strong experience with Cisco ISE.
- Experience with RADIUS, TACACS+, and Cisco ACS.
- Cisco LAN, WAN, WLAN, routing, and switching skills.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience with wireless networks.
- CCNP or CCNP Security preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
