Network Engineer (Remote/Hybrid – Philippines)
We're hiring a Network Engineer to manage and optimize client network environments with a proactive, client-focused approach. This role goes beyond troubleshooting—you'll anticipate issues, improve performance, and ensure secure, reliable infrastructure across multiple environments.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and maintain network environments (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers)
- Plan and execute patching, firmware upgrades, and configuration changes
- Analyze performance and recommend improvements for reliability, scalability, and security
- Partner with clients and internal teams to align network solutions with business needs
- Lead incident response and root cause analysis
- Document network environments, diagrams, and SOPs
- Drive automation and standardization initiatives
- Support and mentor Network Administrators and IT Coordinators; act as escalation point
What We're Looking For
- Experience in MSP or multi-client environments
- Strong knowledge of enterprise networking (Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, Aruba, Juniper, etc.)
- Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios) and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)
- Exposure to automation (Python, Ansible, Terraform)
- Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP preferred
- Experience with SD-WAN and modern network architectures is a plus
Report directly to the Director of IT and play a key role in delivering stable, secure, and high-performing network infrastructure.
