Riverbed Steelhead, RIOS, RS WAN Optimizer

WAN Optimization & Network Engineering: Designed, deployed, and managed Riverbed Steelhead appliances and complex Cisco routing/switching solutions to enhance application acceleration, network performance, and security across LAN, WAN, and data center environments.

Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Utilized SolarWinds, ThousandEyes, and The Dude to provide end-to-end visibility, proactively monitor network health, and rapidly troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and outages.

IT Service Management & Operations: Managed all network-related incidents, problems, and changes using ServiceNow (SNOW). Performed regular maintenance, participated in on-call rotations, and conducted root cause analysis.

Documentation & Collaboration: Developed and maintained comprehensive network documentation, including diagrams and procedures, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations.
