Network Engineer

The Network Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of the company's communication and network infrastructure. This includes managing and troubleshooting broadcast links, microwave transmission systems, satellite uplinks/downlinks, routers, switches, firewalls, and other network-related equipment to ensure stable and reliable operations.

The position works closely with the Broadcast and IT teams to maintain optimal system performance, minimize downtime, and ensure compliance with technical and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and transmission systems

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity and transmission issues

• Manage broadcast links, microwave systems, and satellite communication systems

• Conduct preventive maintenance and system diagnostics to ensure network reliability

• Coordinate with internal teams and service providers for technical support and issue resolution

• Maintain documentation of network configurations, system updates, and technical procedures

• Ensure compliance with company policies, technical standards, and safety requirements

• Respond to network outages and technical concerns in a timely manner

• Provide technical recommendations for network improvements and optimization
